Purpose:

 

System is designed for operational supervisory control and exchange of process information with automated system of a system operator.
Control system is a multi-function system with block-modular architecture, adjusted to a particular object requirements that is provided by variety of blocks and functional options included in the system.
System operational mode is a clock round, continuous, with periodic shutdowns for maintenance operation.

 

The system provides:

 

•  High reliability of object performance;
•  Operational supervisory monitoring;
• Exchange of process information with automated system of a system operator;
• High reliability of sub-station performance by means of monitoring of object internal condition (performance measurement of equipment, monitoring of parameters critical values of equipment, fire alarm system, security alarm system);
•  Parameter validity;
• Compliance of projects to directive of RAO Unified Energy System of Russia, OJSC dated 09.09.2005 N 603 "About matching of remote control and communication systems on power generating enterprises that are components of the holding RAO Unified Energy System of Russia, OJSC with requirements of balancing market".
