Drill pump control system in container design

Designation:
 
•  Production frequency regulation of pump units;
• Control of auxiliary electric equipment and pump module mechanisms.
 
Main functions:
 
• Automatic startup and shutdown of module equipment according to appropriate algorithms;
• Module shutdown in emergency situations and an appropriate message generation on the Operator’s panel;
• Generation of control actions to frequency transducer of rill pump electric drive;
• Archiving of module operational parameters and report generation;
• +15..+35 С temperature mode maintenance in the module (at outdoor temperature from -40 up to +40 C).

Contents:
 
The system is built on the base of "TEK" intermediate pressure frequency transducer located in the container.
 
Hardware includes:
• Intermediate pressure frequency transducer (6kV);
• Central Cabinet of pump unit automatic control;
• Single-block sensitive conditioner;
• Lead-in cell;
• Thermally insulated container with hard-welded frame made of steel beams and profiles.
