There is a training centre on the base of "KER-Avtomatika" that arranges training and official evaluation of specialists in the following directions:
• Adjustment of automatic regulation systems of heat and power processes.
• Process protections and interlocks;
• TPP operating principle and structure, etc.
 
The staff is also trained in training centers of Siemens, Emerson.
 
Cooperation with higher education establishments
 
Interaction with higher education establishments on staff purposeful training is distinguished in one of strategic directions of growth in "KER-Avtomatika" company. The basic engineering personnel makes up graduates from Russian leading higher education establishments:
- Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University),
- Kazan State Power Engineering University,
- Kazan State Technical University named after Tupolev A.N. (Kazan Aviation Institute),
- Kazan State University of Technology,
- Tomsk Polytechnic University,
- Ivanovo Power Engineering University.

Kazan State Power Engineering University
Annually, students of Kazan Power Engineering University are in training at "KER-Avtomatika". Upon training completion, the main part of students stay in these companies and successfully perform engineering tasks.
A contact was signed with Kazan State Power Engineering University on purposeful training of specialists for "KER-Avtomatika" Company.
"KER-Avtomatika" takes active part in technical equipping of training and laboratory base of Chair of Automated thermal processes in Kazan State Power Engineering University. In the year of 2008, the Chair was given 3 up-to-date specialized training simulators for automatic regulation system of boiler feeding and superheated steam. The specialized laboratory was arranged. It is planned to create a common training centre.
 
Kazan State Technical University named after Tupolev A.N. (Kazan Aviation Institute)
Interaction of "KER-Avtomatika" with Kazan State Technical University on the purposeful program of specialist training is carried out as a part of the contract between "KER-Holding" and Kazan State Technical University named after Tupolev A.N.
Students directed there from "KER-Avtomatika" along with traditional training courses get additional education on purposeful programs according to directions of activities of their enterprises. The activity on application of modern computer technologies for designing was started.
 
Kazan Power Engineering technical school
A purposeful group was formed for training of relay protection and automation (additional qualifications – electric wiring, estimating). Students are in training in subdivisions of "KER-Avtomatika" with a perspective to be employed in the company.
